Armed with a full arsenal of columnists, The PSR will also feature its own League, a discussion board, movie reviews, and, eventually, a mentoring program.

"The PSR will offer recent graduates of the Newbie League a chance to become either columnists or mentors to the newer traders, therefore enhancing the emphiasis on community that the HSX boasts."

Acceptance into the League does have a few stipulations. Your port must have between H$2 and H$3 million, and traders will be "graduated" when their port hits H$5 million.
